For most vegetarians, veggie patties rank right up there with nut loaf and other '70s-style recipes that have a similar "health food" reputation. Easy and good for you? Sure. Tempting and tasty? Not so much.
VT decided it was time to revamp veggie patties' image. Gone are the bland, brown rounds of beans and sticky grains. These entrées have color, flavor, and a spark of gourmet flair.
